WANTED – Area Volunteering Representatives

Please Help! - Area Volunteering Representatives needed

Have you been actively involved in your society with any of the key TAS activities and would like to support these activities more widely across the Essex area?

Recently Evelyne Bell has taken on the role of Heritage Volunteers Area Representative.  We are now seeking a volunteer to fill  the post of Church Recorders Area Representative following the resignation of Graham Brereton.  We are grateful to Graham for remaining in post in spite of having moved away from the area. The role is described below

Church Recording - As Church Recording co-ordinator, you will be acting as the link to all our area societies and the national representative at NADFAS House.

Volunteering with NADFAS gives Members an opportunity to learn new skills, make friends with similar interests and feel the satisfaction of supporting the arts within their local community. NADFAS Society Members and Affiliate Members have a wide range of opportunities to become involved in preservation and conservation, and to share their passion for art with others.

Volunteering is at the heart of NADFAS and here in Essex we are no exception. Our volunteers are active in the following fields listed on the right. See also the News Section for details of recent activity.

There are four core volunteering activites listed on the right hand side of this page.  Click on each one for further details and to find out whom to contact if you wish to become involved in one of these most worthwhile areas within Essex.  Alternatively view the following NADFAS multimedia podcasts for a broader perspective on each of topics.  Note, you may need to download the latest version of Quicktime to view.
